%X 论文综述了近年来中医外治法治疗肱骨外上髁炎的临床研究现状&#65292;涵盖了中药外用(贴敷、熏洗)、针刺疗法(浮针、小针刀、火针、传统针刺)、推拿疗法以及综合疗法(推拿联合中药、推拿联合针刺、针刺联合中药)等方面。文章旨在强调中医外治法在治疗肱骨外上髁炎方面的疗效、安全性、便捷性以及经济性&#65292;并指出其未来发展方向。<br>The paper reviews the clinical research status of traditional Chinese medicine external treatment methods for treating humeral epicondylitis in recent years, covering various aspects such as external application of traditional Chinese medicine (plaster, fumigation and washing), acupuncture therapy (floating needle, small needle knife, fire needle, traditional acupuncture), massage therapy, and comprehensive therapy (massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine, massage combined with acupuncture, acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine). The article aims to emphasize the efficacy, safety, convenience, and economy of traditional Chinese medicine external treatment methods in treating lateral epicondylitis of the humerus, and point out its future development direction.
