Clinical Study of Multi-Dimensional Nursing Intervention on Visual Function Recovery of Patients with Diabetes Retinopathy %A 刘琰 %A 宋艳霞 %A 李晓娟 %J Nursing Science %P 360-365 %@ 2168-5614 %D 2025 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/ns.2025.143049 %X 目的：评估多维度护理干预对糖尿病视网膜病变(Diabetic Retinopathy, DR)患者视觉功能恢复的影响。方法：2023年2月至2024年2月期间，将74例DR患者随机分为试验组(37例)和对照组(37例)。对照组接受常规护理，试验组接受多维度护理干预。评估比较两组的血糖指标、视觉功能恢复情况、并发症发生率。结果：试验组干预后的空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均低于对照组(P < 0.05)；在视觉功能恢复方面，试验组干预后的最佳矫正视力值、视野缺损程度、视网膜厚度、黄斑中心凹下脉络膜厚度均低于对照组(P < 0.05)；试验组并发症发生率低于对照组(P < 0.05)。结论：多维度护理干预在DR患者的血糖控制、视觉功能恢复、并发症预防等方面均具有显著的改善作用，具有广泛的临床应用价值。
Objective: To evaluate the effect of multi-dimensional nursing intervention on visual function recovery of patients with diabetes retinopathy. Methods: From February 2023 to February 2024, 74 DR patients were randomly divided into an experimental group (37 cases) and a control group (37 cases). The control group received routine nursing care, while the experimental group received multidimensional nursing intervention. Evaluate and compare the blood glucose indicators, visual function recovery, and incidence of complications between two groups. Results: After intervention, the fasting blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin levels in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05); in terms of visual function recovery, the optimal corrected visual acuity, degree of visual field defect, retinal thickness, and choroidal thickness under the macular fovea in the experimental group were all lower than those in the control group after intervention (P < 0.05); the incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Multidimensional nursing interventions have significant improvement effects on blood glucose control, visual function recovery, and prevention of complications in DR patients, and have broad clinical application value. %K 糖尿病视网膜病变， %K 多维度护理， %K 视觉功能， %K 血糖指标， %K 并发症
