%X 目的:文章综述了可穿戴设备在肌少症中的应用,包括步态分析、肌电图(EMG)传感器和多传感器融合技术等,探讨了其在日常活动监测、个性化康复训练和远程医疗中的具体应用。方法:系统检索中国知网、万方、维普、SinoMed、PubMed、Web of Science等国内外数据库,检索时间为建库至2025年1月,收集可穿戴设备在肌少症应用中的相关研究。结果:可穿戴设备通过嵌入式传感器和计算技术,能够实时监测和评估肌肉质量、功能及活动水平,为肌少症的检测、管理和干预提供了新的解决方案。结论:尽管可穿戴设备在数据准确性、设备舒适性和用户依从性等方面仍面临挑战,但随着技术的进步,其在肌少症管理中的应用前景广阔。
Objective: This article reviews the application of wearable devices in sarcopenia, including gait analysis, electromyography (EMG) sensors, and multi-sensor fusion technology, and discusses their specific applications in daily activity monitoring, personalized rehabilitation training, and telemedicine. Methods: The system retrieved relevant studies on the application of wearable devices in sarcopenia from domestic and foreign databases such as CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, SinoMed, PubMed, and Web of Science. The retrieval time spanned from the establishment of the databases to January 2025. Results: Wearable devices, through embedded sensors and computing technology, can monitor and assess muscle mass, function, and activity levels in real time, providing new solutions for the detection, management, and intervention of sarcopenia. Conclusion: Although wearable devices still face challenges in terms of data accuracy, device comfort, and user compliance, their application in the management of sarcopenia is promising as technology advances.
