Covering aspects including variety selection, seedling cultivation, land preparation and fertilization, timely transplanting, field management, pest and disease control, and optimal harvesting, it provides technical guidance for overwintering chili cultivation in Changsha. The study aims to enhance market supply, improve cultivation profitability, and offer practical support for local pepper growers.
