%X 糖尿病患者由于神经及血管系统的病理性变化，其致死率相对较高。尤为值得关注的是，糖尿病足溃疡作为这一群体中最普遍的并发症，极易引发感染乃至组织坏死，显著增加了疾病的严重程度与复杂性，所以糖尿病足溃疡的有效治疗、缩短溃疡的愈合时间以及减轻病人的痛苦，就成了人们急于解决的问题。现针对糖尿病足溃疡的治疗，在排毒排脓时加扶正药，用药物箍围法联合围刺法，使邪气排出，防止疾病发生传变。
The mortality rate of diabetic patients is relatively high due to the pathological changes in nervous and vascular systems. It is particularly noteworthy that diabetic foot ulcer, as the most common complication in this group, is easy to cause infection and even tissue necrosis, significantly increasing the severity and complexity of the disease, so the effective treatment of diabetic foot ulcer, shortening the healing time of the ulcer and reducing the pain of the patient has become a problem that people are eager to solve. Now for the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer, in the detoxification and drainage of pus, plus the right medicine, with the drug encircling method combined with surrounding acupuncture method, so that the evil gas is discharged, to prevent the disease from passing.
