The construction of the subway tunnel under the operating railway is difficult and the safety risk is high. It is necessary to take reasonable safety protection measures to ensure safety. Based on the background of the tunnel between Xingong Station and Xinfadi Station of Beijing Metro Line 19 under passing the operating railway, this paper studies the protective measures such as strengthening grouting, deep hole grouting, track structure reinforcement and catenary change. The monitoring results of the project show that the railway safety protection measures are reasonable and effective, and the railway operation is safe during the construction period. %K 盾构区间, %K 下穿, %K 运营铁路, %K 防护措施
