%X 民间借贷作为一种自发性的民间融资活动，有助于激活民间资本，促进地方经济发展。但随着民间借贷日益活跃，进入诉讼程序的民间借贷纠纷的数量和金额呈爆发式增长态势，由此产生深层次的法律问题和社会问题，虚假诉讼就是其中较为典型的一类问题。本文通过对司法实践中民间借贷领域虚假诉讼案件的样本研究，探讨民间借贷虚假诉讼的常见表现形式，分析其成因，并提出相应的防范路径。
As a spontaneous private financing activity, private lending helps activate private capital and promote local economic development. However, with the increasing activity of private lending, the number and amount of private lending disputes entering the litigation process have shown an explosive growth trend, thereby generating deep-seated legal and social issues, among which false litigation is a relatively typical problem. This article, through a sample study of false litigation cases in the field of private lending in judicial practice, explores the common manifestations of false litigation in private lending, analyzes its causes, and proposes corresponding prevention paths.
