Extensive project management is gradually being phased out by society and replaced by intensive and refined project management. This has prompted construction companies to have comprehensive and forward-looking control over their contracted projects, and more importantly, scientific, reasonable, and professional planning. Throughout the entire project construction process, project construction planning plays an increasingly important role, and comprehensive and detailed planning brings tangible and intangible benefits to the project.
