%X 近视已成为世界范围内的重大健康问题,高度近视患者通常在较年轻时患上白内障,超声乳化吸除联合人工晶体植入术是治疗高度近视合并白内障的主要方法,植入不同类型的功能性人工晶状体可实现高度近视合并白内障患者术后视力的提高,满足患者脱镜需求。然而,由于高度近视患者往往伴有眼轴较长、巩膜较薄、前房较深、晶状体悬韧带松弛、玻璃体液化、后巩膜葡萄肿等解剖学特点,其在功能性人工晶状体的选择上一直存在争议,已成为临床医师关注和探讨的热点。因此,本文主要就功能性人工晶状体的特点及其在高度近视合并白内障患者中应用的研究进展进行综述。
Myopia has become a major problem worldwide, patients with high myopia usually suffer from cataract at a younger age, phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation is the main method for the treatment in high-myopic cataract patients, implantation different types functional intraocular lens can achieve postoperative vision improvement and lens removal needs in high-myopic cataract patients. However, because patients with high myopia are often accompanied by anatomical features such as long eye axis, thin sclera, deep anterior chamber, laxity of the suspensory ligament of the lens, liquefaction of the vitreous humour, and staphyloma of the posterior sclera, the selection of functional intraocular lens has been controversial and has become a hot topic of concern and discussion among clinicians. Therefore, this article mainly reviews the characteristics of functional intraocular lens and their implantation in high-myopic cataract patients.
