%X 过敏性结膜炎是一种常见的儿童眼表疾病&#65292;病程长&#65292;易反复发作&#65292;严重影响患儿生活质量。近年来儿童过敏性结膜炎患病率逐渐增加&#65292;同时这些患儿中有很高的干眼患病率。过敏性结膜炎的儿童泪膜稳定性降低可能会导致干眼症的发生。了解儿童过敏性结膜炎对泪膜的影响及机制的研究进展&#65292;可帮助临床医师在过敏性结膜炎治疗过程中加强对干眼的监测和早期筛查&#65292;并在需要时及时治疗。因此&#65292;有必要将目前儿童过敏性结膜炎与干眼的流行病学特征及其对泪膜的影响及相关机制的研究进展予以综述。<br>Allergic conjunctivitis is a common ocular surface disease in children. The long-term nature of it and its frequent assaults have a grave impact on the quality of life for children. The incidence of allergic conjunctivitis in children has seen a steady rise in recent years, with a notable presence of dry eye. Decreased tear film stability in children with allergic conjunctivitis may lead to dry eye. Understanding the effect and mechanism of allergic conjunctivitis on tear film in children can help clinicians to strengthen the monitoring and early screening of dry eye during the treatment of allergic conjunctivitis, and treat it in time when needed. Consequently, a review of the epidemiological features of allergic conjunctivitis and dry eye in children, their impact on tear film and related processes, must be conducted to assess the current research progress.
