Research on the Status Quo and Optimization Strategy of Psychological Health Education for Graduate Students in Medical Colleges %A 张艺嘉 %A 游鉴琪 %A 赵园 %A 朱千 %J Advances in Psychology %P 180-194 %@ 2160-7281 %D 2025 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/ap.2025.153143 %X 本研究通过匿名社会调查与深度访谈相结合的方法,探讨医学院校研究生导师与管理人员的心理健康教育能力及研究生心理健康状况。基于43名研究对象的访谈数据,采用扎根理论分析方法,并借助Nvivo 12.0软件进行编码与核心主题提取。结果表明,研究生心理健康状况与学校现行心理健康教育体系存在显著不适配性,教育内容与方式未能充分契合研究生实际需求。导师与管理人员在社会背景、教育实践及教学设计等方面也表现出一定局限性。基于上述发现,提出优化心理健康教育课程设置、强化导师与学校协作支持,以及面向研究生个体需求开展个性化心理健康教育的策略模型,以提升医学院校心理健康教育的科学性与实效性。
This study examines the psychological health education competencies of graduate advisors and administrative staff in medical schools and explores the psychological health status of medical graduate students. By integrating anonymous surveys and in-depth interviews, data from 43 participants were systematically analyzed using grounded theory, with Nvivo 12.0 software employed for coding and thematic extraction. The results highlight a pronounced mismatch between the psychological health needs of graduate students and the current education systems, indicating that existing content and methodologies inadequately address their specific requirements. Furthermore, advisors and administrative staff were found to face challenges in social contextual awareness, educational strategies, and instructional design. Based on these findings, the study proposes strategies to optimize psychological health education curricula, enhance advisor-institution collaboration, and deliver individualized education programs tailored to the needs of graduate students. These recommendations aim to improve both the academic rigor and practical impact of psychological health education in medical schools. %K 心理健康教育能力, %K 医学研究生, %K 心理健康教育
