Isolation, Identification, Pathogenicity and Drug Sensitivity Analysis the Pathogen of Whitmania pigra Edema Disease %A 赵良炜 %A 张丽 %A 霍文慧 %A 蒙晓雷 %A 魏俊利 %J Open Journal of Fisheries Research %P 59-64 %@ 2373-1451 %D 2025 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/ojfr.2025.121007 %X 为明确宽体金线蛭水肿病病原、并筛选有效药物,为水肿病的防治提供参考。从天津市宝坻区某养殖场发病水蛭中分离病原,通过生理生化分析、16S rRNA基因测序、比对进行细菌鉴定,采用微量稀释法测定8种抗菌药物的对分离菌株的最低抑菌浓度。结果显示:维氏气单胞菌是宽体金线蛭水肿病的病原,该菌株对恩诺沙星、氟苯尼考、盐酸多西环素、磺胺间甲氧嘧啶钠、甲氧苄啶/磺胺甲噁唑敏感。
To identify the pathogen of Whitmania pigra oedema, disease and screen for effective drugs, providing a reference for the prevention and treatment of the disease. Pathogens were isolated from diseased leech in a farm in Baodi, Tianjin. The bacteria were identified by physiological and biochemical analysis, 16S rRNA gene sequencing and comparison. The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of eight antimicrobial agents against the isolated strain was determined using the microdilution method. The results showed that Aeromonas veronii was the pathogen of Whitmania pigra oedema, disease. This strain is sensitive to enrofloxacin, florfenicol, doxycycline hydrochloride, sulfamono- methoxine sodium, and trimethoprim/sulfamethoxazole. %K 宽体金线蛭, %K 水肿病, %K 维氏气单胞菌, %K 人工感染, %K 药敏分析
