The Application Practice of QC Group Activities in Improving the First Qualification Rate of Riveting in the Al-Li Alloy Riveting Cabin of the Vehicle %A 王磊 %A 王树华 %A 乔腾飞 %A 韩剑 %A 臧建新 %J Management Science and Engineering %P 394-401 %@ 2167-6658 %D 2025 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/mse.2025.142041 %X 针对当前运载器铝锂合金铆接舱段铆接一次合格率较低的问题,本文运用多种质量管理理论开展QC小组活动。遵循PDCA原理,按照QC活动十大步骤,对铆接舱段铝锂合金桁条裂纹频发问题进行调查分析,针对要因制定有效措施并开展实施。最终通过工艺方法优化,完成由传统手工模式向自动化铆接的转变,消除因铆接力不稳定导致的质量一致性差问题,有效降低铆接舱段铝锂合金桁条裂纹风险,铆接一次合格率大幅提升,达到预期目标。
In order to solve the problem of low first qualification rate of riveting in the Al-Li alloy riveting cabin of the vehicle, this paper uses a variety of quality management theories to carry out QC group activities. According to the principle of PDCA and the ten steps of QC activity, the frequent crack occurrence of Al-Li alloy strings in riveting cabin is investigated and analyzed, and effective measures are formulated and implemented according to the main reason. Finally, through the optimization of the process method, the traditional manual mode to automatic riveting was completed, the poor quality consistency caused by the instability of riveting force was eliminated, the risk of cracking of the Al-Li alloy strings in the riveting cabin was effectively reduced, and the first qualification rate of riveting was greatly improved to achieve the expected goal. %K QC小组, %K PDCA原理, %K 铝锂合金, %K 铆接舱段, %K 合格率
