In the context of the new era in China, the integrated construction of ideological and political theory courses has become the key to school education reform. In this process, how to ensure the internal consistency and scientific connection of curriculum content is a core issue that urgently needs attention and resolution. Singapore’s character and citizenship education curriculum aims to “transmit core values, cultivate key skills, shape citizens with good moral qualities, and thus make positive contributions to society”. Through a highly integrated curriculum design, it emphasizes the close combination of theory and practice. The practical experience of its integrated construction provides important reference for the reform and development of China’s ideological and political education courses. This paper aims to explore the core elements of Singapore’s character and citizenship education curriculum, including curriculum concepts, goals and content, as well as the characteristics of its integrated construction. Based on China’s educational reality, corresponding suggestions for the integrated reform of the curriculum are put forward. %K 新加坡, %K 品格与公民课程, %K 一体化
