%X 在&#8220;人工智能+&#8221;背景下&#65292;大数据技术已经逐渐渗透到社会生产和人们日常生活的各个领域。大数据技术的快速发展亟需对专业人才培养模式进行深度探索。文章针对当前高等学校大数据专业人才培养模式的现状及存在问题&#65292;以完善大数据专业人才培养体系为主线&#65292;在实践教学和技术应用方面加强对学生的引导工作&#65292;通过与大数据企业的紧密合作以及云课堂教学改革等方式来提高大数据专业人才的技术能力和综合素养&#65292;为高等学校大数据专业人才培养提供了新的思路。<br>Under the background of &#8220;Artificial Intelligence Plus (AI+)&#8221;, big data technology has gradually penetrated into all fields of social production and people&#8217;s daily life. The rapid development of big data technology urgently needs a deep exploration of professional talent cultivation mode. The article addresses the current state and existing issues in the cultivation models for big data professionals in higher education institutions. With the aim of refining the big data professional talent cultivation system, it emphasizes enhancing student guidance in practical teaching and technological application. By fostering close collaborations with big data enterprises and reforming cloud-based classroom teaching methods, the article seeks to elevate the technical capabilities and comprehensive qualities of big data professionals. It offers novel insights and approaches for the cultivation of big data professional talent in higher education institutions.
