With the promulgation of the “Compulsory Education Information Technology Curriculum Standards (2022 edition)”, the new curriculum standards have set higher demands for the teaching of information technology courses in junior high schools. The advancement of artificial intelligence technology has introduced new opportunities and transformations to the lesson preparation process. Taking Wenxin Yiyan as an example, this article delves into its innovative functions in the preparation of information technology lessons for junior high schools, including the intelligent generation of teaching resources, optimization of instructional design, and precise identification of key teaching points and difficulties. It also provides a detailed analysis of its value positioning in enhancing the efficiency of lesson preparation, promoting professional growth among teachers, and increasing the pertinence and adaptability of teaching. The aim is to offer both theoretical and practical references for junior high school information technology teachers to effectively utilize artificial intelligence technology to optimize the lesson preparation process, thereby driving the improvement of information technology teaching quality and achieving high-quality development in education through technological empowerment.
