%X 良好的生涯适应力是当代大学生面对越来越激烈的社会竞争时不可或缺的能力。针对应用型本科院校新生生涯适应力教育存在的问题，将“三全育人”先进教育理念融入生涯适应教育，构建基于“全员育人、全过程育人、全方位育人”的生涯适应力教育体系，建立生涯适应教育的长效机制，打造多元化的生涯适应教育模式，为提升应用型本科新生的生涯适应力提供有效支持。
Excellent career adaptability is an indispensable ability for contemporary undergraduates in the increasingly fierce social competition. In response to the problems in the career adaptability education of freshmen in application-oriented university, the advanced education concept of “Three Whole Education” is integrated into the career adaptation education, and the career adaptability education system of “all-staff education, whole-process education, and all-round education” is constructed, a long-term mechanism of career adaptation education is established, and a diversified career adaptation education model is created to provide effective support for improving the career adaptability of application-oriented undergraduate freshmen.
