%X 高中新课标新增了“看”的微技能,它类似英语核心素养中的思维品质,包括:预测、关联、对比、推断、想象等。多模态的概念是将语言、视觉、听觉、身势以及空间五类作为模态系统。教师在英语教学中可充分利用多模态的资源,培养学生“看”的微技能,比如:利用文本所提供的图片,Video Time板块所给的短视频以及教师的肢体语言等。教师以高中英语教材为学习内容,以多模态资源为学习媒介,进而提高学生“看”的技能。这有利于激发学生学习兴趣,帮助他们依托语篇探究主题意义,培养学生英语学科核心素养。
The new high school curriculum standards have introduced the micro-skill of “viewing”, which is akin to the cognitive qualities in the core literacy of English, encompassing abilities such as prediction, association, comparison, inference, and imagination. The concept of multimodality involves the integration of language, vision, hearing, gesture, and spatiality as modal systems. Teachers can leverage multimodal resources in English teaching to cultivate students’ micro-skills of “viewing”, such as utilizing images provided in the text, short videos from the Video Time section, and the teacher’s body language. By using high school English textbooks as the content and multimodal resources as the medium of learning, teachers can enhance students’ viewing skills. This is conducive to stimulating students' interest in learning, assisting them in exploring thematic meanings through discourse, and fostering their core literacy in the English discipline.
