The promotion of digital reading and information literacy education in university libraries is closely intertwined, aiming to enhance users’ abilities to access, process, analyze, and apply information to meet the demands of a digital and information society. Artificial intelligence has become an important force in driving the innovation and transformation of library services. The intelligent transformation of digital reading promotion and the extended development of information literacy education collide and merge. Based on the concept of integrated development, this paper analyzes and explores the feasibility of the integrated development of digital reading promotion and information literacy education.
