Under the background of digital age, people begin to pay more attention to the cultivation and improvement of college students’ digital literacy. The purpose of this paper is to explore the components, development difficulties and implementation strategies of college students’ digital literacy. With the rapid development of emerging technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence, digitalization has become the mainstream trend of modern social development, an important feature and driving force of today’s social, economic and cultural development, and also has an important impact on college students’ academic development, career competitiveness and lifelong learning ability. However, college students also face many difficulties and challenges in the process of cultivating digital literacy. As an important position for cultivating high-quality talents, colleges and universities should actively promote the integrated development of digital technology and literacy cultivation, build digital resource sharing platforms, and strengthen practical teaching of digital literacy to promote the benign development of digital literacy education.
