%X 破产重整是企业破产法新引入的一项制度，是对于那些具有经营价值和再建希望的企业摆脱财务危机并且减少债权人利益损失的重要途径。随着市场经济的发展，企业破产重整已成为优化资源配置、维护社会稳定的重要手段，然而由于破产重整涉及多方利益主体，程序复杂且周期较长，实践中难免会限制和侵害债权人的权益，加强并探索破产重整中债权人利益保护，也是促进重整程序顺利推进的关键。
Bankruptcy reorganization is a newly introduced system in the Enterprise Bankruptcy Law, which is an important way for enterprises with operational value and reconstruction hope to get rid of financial crisis and reduce creditor losses. With the development of the market economy, corporate bankruptcy reorganization has become an important means to optimize resource allocation and maintain social stability. However, due to the involvement of multiple stakeholders and the complexity of the process, bankruptcy reorganization has a long cycle, which inevitably limits and infringes on the rights and interests of creditors in practice. Strengthening and exploring the protection of creditors’ interests in bankruptcy reorganization is also the key to promoting the smooth progress of the reorganization process.
