%X 白塞病，又名贝赫切特综合征(Behcet Disease, BD)，是一种慢性、全身性、血管炎性疾病，以复发性口腔溃疡、生殖器溃疡、眼炎三联征为主要临床表现，可累及消化系统、神经系统、循环系统以及关节、肺、肾、附睾等多个器官，其病位广泛、病情复杂，难以治愈，大部分患者预后较好，但易复发，此病在中医上无确切病名，但目前一般认为本病相当于《金匮要略》中的“狐惑病”范畴。西医治疗方案以糖皮质激素及免疫抑制剂为主，虽然可以缓解临床症状，延缓病情进展，但其副作用大，且停药后容易复发。已有研究证实，中西医结合治疗较单纯西医治疗疗效更加显著。文章报道了我院收治的一例经中西医结合治疗后病情好转出院的白塞病患者。
Behcet’s disease, also known as Behcet syndrome (BD), is a chronic, systemic, and vasculitis disease with recurrent oral ulcers, genital ulcers, and ophthalmitis as the main clinical manifestations. It can involve the digestive system, nervous system, circulatory system, and multiple organs such as joints, lungs, kidneys, and epididymis. Most of the patients have a good prognosis, but they are prone to relapse. There is no clear name for this disease in TCM, but now it is believed to be equivalent to “Huhuo Disease (Damp-Heat Internal Accumulation Syndrome)” mentioned in “Synopsis of the Golden Chamber”. Western medicine treatment mainly uses glucocorticoids and immunosuppressants. Although it can achieve the purpose of alleviating clinical symptoms and slowing the progression of the disease, its side effects are large, and it is easy to relapse after stopping the drug. Existing studies have proved that integrated Chinese and Western medicine has a better therapeutic effect than Western medicine alone. This article reports a case of Behcet’s disease which improved after integrated treatment of Chinese and Western medicine.
