This paper aims to review the research progress on the association between DEHP exposure and male infertility. It elaborates in detail on the effects of DEHP exposure on male infertility, the impact of DEHP exposure on male semen quality, and the possible mechanisms of DEHP-induced male infertility, providing a reference for further in-depth research and the formulation of intervention measures.
