%X 突发性耳聋是一种急性听力损失疾病&#65292;中医认为突发性耳聋与肝胆关系密切&#65292;肝胆火盛型突发性耳聋因其独特的病因病机和临床表现&#65292;成为研究的热点之一。本文综述了近年来肝胆火盛型突发性耳聋在中医病因病机、现代医学解释、诊断方法、治疗手段及预后评估等方面的研究进展&#65292;旨在为临床治疗和科学研究提供参考。<br>Sudden deafness is a kind of acute hearing loss disease. Chinese medicine believes that sudden deafness is closely related to the liver and gallbladder. Sudden deafness caused by excessive liver and gallbladder fire has become one of the research hotspots because of its unique etiology, pathogenesis and clinical manifestations. This paper reviews the recent research progress in etiology, pathogenesis, modern medical interpretation, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis assessment of sudden deafness caused by excessive liver and gallbladder fire in order to provide reference for clinical treatment and scientific research.
