%X 小儿湿疹是儿童常见反复发作过敏性皮肤疾病&#65292;西医以抗组胺药物、糖皮质激素治疗为主&#65292;其副作用大。中医治疗包括内治法、外治法及推拿手法等&#65292;其疗效确切&#65292;不良反应小。本文将对各中医名家关于小儿湿疹的临床治疗经验进行概述&#65292;供临床学者参考。<br>Pediatric eczema is a common recurring allergic skin disease in children. Western medicine is based on antihistamine drugs and glucocorticoid treatment, which has big side effects. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) treatment includes internal treatment, external treatment, massage techniques, etc., which have precise efficacy and small adverse reactions. In this paper, we will summarize the clinical treatment experience of various famous Chinese medicine practitioners on pediatric eczema, for the reference of clinical scholars.
