Research on the Characteristic Teaching System Reform of Project Management Curriculum Based on the Mode of “Ideology - Learning - Training - Certificate - Competition - Entrepreneurship” %A 罗雨森 %J Advances in Education %P 35-40 %@ 2160-7303 %D 2025 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/ae.2025.153367 %X 项目管理作为高校本科管理类专业的核心课程,在现阶段的教学中仍存在一定不足,亟需进行教学改革的有益探索。文章基于混合式教学的方法体系设计,对课前准备、课中授课以及课后提升三个阶段提出改革建议。进一步,文章还提出“思–学–训–证–赛–创”教学模式,从思政教育、课程教学、实习实训、技能证书、学科竞赛和创新创业六个方面对项目管理课程改革措施进行了探讨,希望能为项目管理课程的改革提供借鉴意义。
As the core course of undergraduate management specialty, project management still has some deficiencies in the current teaching. It is urgent to carry out beneficial exploration of teaching reform. Based on the design of blended teaching methodological system, this paper puts forward reform suggestions for the three stages of pre-class preparation, in-class teaching and post-class promotion. Furthermore, the article also proposes the teaching mode of “Ideology - Learning - Training - Certificate - Competition - Entrepreneurship”, and discusses the reform measures of project management curriculum from six aspects: ideological and political education, curriculum teaching, practice training, skill certificate, discipline competition, innovation and entrepreneurship.
