Surgical resection of bronchogenic cysts is the recommended treatment of choice and is both a diagnostic and therapeutic measure. In this paper, we report a case of mediastinal bronchogenic cyst that was operated on at our institute using the Da Vinci Xi robotic system as well as a literature review about this disease. Reviewing the literature about the robotic resection of these lesions shows that it is considered a safe technique with advantages for patients. %K Bronchogenic Cyst %K Robotic Surgery %K Mediastinum %U http://www.scirp.org/journal/PaperInformation.aspx?PaperID=141023
