They intervene in rural governance through a variety of action strategies and have the values of enhancing the effectiveness of rural social organizations, strengthening the effectiveness of public service supply, and enriching rural social life. In the integration of &#8220;the rule of virtue, the rule of law and the rule of autonomy&#8221;, they play roles in giving play to the leading role of the rule of virtue, improving villagers&#8217; participation in autonomy and deepening rural rule of law. They participate in the construction of rural politics, economy, culture, society and ecological civilization through a variety of models and have achieved remarkable results, providing strong support for rural revitalization.
