Traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in the treatment of paralysis and has played an important role from ancient times to the present. Through the review of ancient literature and the analysis of modern research results, this paper elucidates the ancient and modern application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of paralysis and its progress in modern research, and explores how to better inherit and develop, in order to provide new ideas and methods for the prevention and treatment of paralysis and promote the application of traditional Chinese medicine in this field.
