Exploring the Path of Cultivating the Spirit of Volunteer Service among College Students—A Case Study of Universities in Rizhao City %A 王佳旭 %A 葛顺 %J Advances in Social Sciences %P 670-675 %@ 2169-2564 %D 2025 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/ass.2025.142170 %X 志愿者和志愿服务的产生是人类文明发展的必然结果，是人类社会进步和发展的显著特征。志愿服务精神培育是践行社会主义核心价值观和提升民众道德素质的有效路径。大学生作为青年志愿者的主力军，作为志愿精神的积极倡导者和模范践行者，其参与志愿服务的社会实践是高校精神文明建设的重要体现，是整个社会文明进步的重要标志。培育大学生志愿服务精神，有利于推动志愿服务精神与青年志愿服务深度融合，引导大学生广泛参加志愿服务社会实践。基于此，文章深入调查当代大学生志愿服务现状，剖析志愿服务精神培育的影响因素，旨在为探索大学生志愿服务精神的培育路径提供有效建议。研究发现，培育大学生志愿服务精神需要从个人、家庭、高校、社会等多方面协同发力。
The emergence of volunteers and volunteer services is an inevitable result of the development of human civilization and a significant feature of the progress and development of human society. The cultivation of volunteer service spirit is an effective path to practicing socialist core values and enhancing the moral quality of the people. As the main force of young volunteers and active advocates and exemplary practitioners of the spirit of volunteerism, college students’ participation in the social practice of volunteer service is an important manifestation of the construction of spiritual civilization in universities and an important symbol of the progress of the entire social civilization. Cultivating the spirit of volunteer service among college students is conducive to promoting the deep integration of volunteer service spirit with youth volunteer service, and guiding college students to participate widely in the social practice of volunteer service. Based on this, the article conducts an in-depth investigation into the current situation of volunteer service among contemporary college students, analyzes the influencing factors of cultivating the spirit of volunteer service, and aims to provide effective suggestions for exploring the cultivation path of college students’ volunteer service spirit. Research has found that cultivating the spirit of volunteer service among college students requires collaborative efforts from multiple aspects such as individuals, families, universities, and society. %K 大学生， %K 志愿服务， %K 志愿精神
