%X 衰老相关认知功能障碍发病率随着社会老龄化而逐年升高&#65292;严重影响老年人群的生活质量&#65292;已经成为全球关注的热点问题。本研究就衰老相关认知功能障碍的定义、诊断和评估、发病机制、预防和治疗手段进行归纳总结&#65292;以期为衰老相关认知功能障碍的早期发现、早期诊断、早期治疗提供理论基础。<br>The incidence of aging-related cognitive dysfunction increases year by year with the aging of society, which seriously affects the quality of life of the elderly population and has become a hot issue of global concern. This study summarises the definition, diagnosis and assessment, pathogenesis, prevention and treatment of aging-related cognitive dysfunction, with a view to providing a theoretical basis for early detection, early diagnosis and early treatment of aging-related cognitive dysfunction.
