The Effect of PDCA Model on the Control of Lower Respiratory Tract Infection in Patients after Neurosurgery %A 陈昕晟 %A 王鑫扬 %A 路龙廷 %A 吴亮 %J Journal of Clinical Personalized Medicine %P 738-744 %@ 2334-3443 %D 2025 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/jcpm.2025.41105 %X 目的:探讨PDCA模式对神经外科术后患者下呼吸道感染控制的应用。方法:成立品管圈小组,确立“降低神经外科术后患者下呼吸道感染率”为主题,确定神经外科术后患者下呼吸道感染率高的主要原因并制定对策,设定预期目标值,按PDCA模式开展实施,比较神经外科术后患者下呼吸道感染率。结果:实施PDCA前神经外科术后患者下呼吸道感染率为19.81%,实施PDCA后达标率可降低至7.28%。结论:通过PDCA模式,有利于降低神经外科术后患者下呼吸道感染率。
Objective: to explore the application of PDCA model in the control of lower respiratory tract infection after neurosurgery. Methods: A quality control group was set up, the theme of which was “Reducing the rate of lower respiratory tract infection in patients after neurosurgery”, and the main causes of the high rate of lower respiratory tract infection in patients after neurosurgery were determined and the countermeasures were made, the lower respiratory tract infection rate of patients after neurosurgery was compared by setting the expected target value and carrying out PDCA model. Results: The infection rate of lower respiratory tract was 19.81% before and after the operation of PDCA, and the rate of reaching the target was reduced to 7.28% after the operation of PDCA. Conclusion: PDCA is helpful to reduce the infection rate of lower respiratory tract in patients after neurosurgery. %K PDCA, %K 神经外科术后患者, %K 下呼吸道感染
