%X 诉讼作为当代解决纠纷、维护正义的核心机制，在保障司法公正与社会秩序中发挥着不可替代的作用。然而，受社会公众功利心态的影响及部分法律从业者职业道德的缺失，民事虚假诉讼现象日益猖獗，严重侵蚀着司法的纯洁性。虚假诉讼不仅直接损害了他人的合法权益，还严重扰乱了司法秩序，浪费了宝贵的司法资源，进而削弱了司法的公信力和权威性。本文深入探讨了民事虚假诉讼的内涵特点及其带来的多重危害，强调了对其进行严格检查监督的紧迫性和重要性，总结其中的主要问题并提出相应的解决途径。旨在为构建完善的检查监督体系，强化虚假诉讼重点线索的研究发现力度提供有效建议和参考，从而更有效地遏制虚假诉讼行为，维护司法公正与社会秩序。
As the core mechanism to resolve disputes and maintain justice, litigation plays an irreplaceable role in safeguarding judicial justice and social order. However, affected by the utilitarian mentality of the public and the lack of professional ethics of some legal practitioners, the phenomenon of civil false litigation is increasingly rampant, which seriously erodes the purity of the judiciary. False litigation not only directly damages the legitimate rights and interests of others, but also seriously disturbs the judicial order, wastes valuable judicial resources, and weakens the credibility and authority of the judiciary. This paper deeply discusses the connotation and characteristics of civil false litigation and the multiple harms it brings, emphasizes the urgency and importance of strict inspection and supervision, summarizes the main problems and puts forward the corresponding solutions. The purpose is to provide effective suggestions and references for building a perfect inspection and supervision system and strengthening the research and discovery of key clues of false litigation, so as to more effectively curb false litigation behaviors and maintain judicial justice and social order.
