Residents’ transportation decisions are closely linked to carbon reduction targets. Focusing on the neighborhood environment for residents’ travel, the study selects typical neighborhoods in Hangzhou, and summarizes the spatial environment characteristics from multiple dimensions, such as land use composition, transportation facility configuration, neighborhood house price, public life service facilities, and neighborhood green environment, and explores the relationship between residents’ low-carbon travel behavior and the neighborhood spatial environment. It is helpful to propose corresponding improvement measures from the perspective of neighborhood environment construction to promote residents’ low-carbon travel behavior and guarantee the realization of dual-carbon goals. %K 低碳, %K 出行, %K 街区环境, %K 行为
