%X 居民交通出行决策与国家碳减排目标紧密相连。围绕居民出行街区环境，研究选择了杭州市的典型小区，从用地构成、交通设施配置、街区房价、公共生活服务设施、街区绿化环境等多个维度归纳空间环境特征，探究居民低碳出行行为与街区空间环境之间的关系。有利于从街区环境建设视角提出相应的改善措施，促进居民的低碳出行行为，保障双碳目标实现。
Residents’ transportation decisions are closely linked to carbon reduction targets. Focusing on the neighborhood environment for residents’ travel, the study selects typical neighborhoods in Hangzhou, and summarizes the spatial environment characteristics from multiple dimensions, such as land use composition, transportation facility configuration, neighborhood house price, public life service facilities, and neighborhood green environment, and explores the relationship between residents’ low-carbon travel behavior and the neighborhood spatial environment. It is helpful to propose corresponding improvement measures from the perspective of neighborhood environment construction to promote residents’ low-carbon travel behavior and guarantee the realization of dual-carbon goals.
