%X 随着脑卒中发病率的不断上升&#65292;脑卒中后肢体功能障碍成为严重影响患者生活质量的主要问题之一。针灸作为中医传统疗法&#65292;在脑卒中后遗症的康复治疗中展现出显著疗效。本文综述了近年来针灸治疗脑卒中后肢体功能障碍的研究进展&#65292;从针灸治疗的可能机制、主要方法、联合疗法、特色疗法及临床应用等方面进行了深入探讨。旨在为针灸治疗脑卒中后肢体功能障碍提供科学依据&#65292;推动其在临床实践中的广泛应用。<br>With the increasing incidence of stroke, limb dysfunction after stroke has become one of the major problems that seriously affect the quality of life of patients. Acupuncture and moxibustion, as a traditional Chinese medicine therapy, has shown remarkable effect in the rehabilitation treatment of sequelae of stroke. In this paper, the research progress of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of limb dysfunction after stroke in recent years is reviewed, and the possible mechanism, main methods, combined therapy, characteristic therapy and clinical application of acupuncture and moxibustion are discussed in depth. The aim is to provide scientific basis for acupuncture treatment of limb dysfunction after stroke and promote its wide application in clinical practice.
