The Impact of Government Digital Initiatives on the Digital Innovation Performance of the Manufacturing Industry %A 王雷 %A 张雪娴 %J World Economic Research %P 148-157 %@ 2167-6615 %D 2025 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/wer.2025.141014 %X 随着数字经济的迅速发展,如何提升企业数字创新能力以满足时代要求成为需要探索的重要内容。本文基于2014~2023年中国A股上市制造业企业数据和各省政府年度报告文本数据,探究政府数字化举措对制造业数字创新绩效的影响。通过实证发现,政府数字化举措能够对企业数字创新绩效产生正向影响。此外,本文利用替换被解释变量、改变聚类层级和核心解释变量滞后一期的稳健性检验方法,保证了该结果的严谨性和可靠性。最终,通过本文研究内容,对政府和企业提供了以下两点建议:1) 灵活调整政策,促产学研合作;2) 制定数字战略,加大创新投入。为政府和企业进行数字相关决策提供理论依据。
With the rapid development of the digital economy, how to enhance the digital innovation capabilities of enterprises to meet the requirements of the times has become an important content that needs to be explored. Based on the data of listed manufacturing enterprises on the A-share market in China from 2014 to 2023 and the annual reports of provincial governments, this paper explores the impact of government digitalization initiatives on the digital innovation performance of manufacturing enterprises. Through empirical research, it was found that government digitalization initiatives could have a positive impact on the digital innovation performance of enterprises. In addition, this paper uses the robustness test methods of replacing the explained variable, changing the clustering hierarchy, and lagging the core explanatory variable by one period to ensure the rigor and reliability of the results. Finally, through the research content, the following two suggestions are provided for government and enterprises: 1) Flexibly adjust policies to promote cooperation between academia, industry, and research; 2) formulate a digital strategy and increase innovation investment. This study provides theoretical support for correcting errors in government and enterprise digital-related activities. %K 数字化举措, %K 制造业, %K 数字创新
