%X 当今社会&#65292;产后抑郁症(PPD)是一个重要的全球健康问题&#65292;抑郁发生率急剧增长&#65292;其心理健康状态在一定程度上影响了其身体健康及生活质量&#65292;对母亲、家庭和社会具有深远影响。而神经质人格作为抑郁症中研究最为广泛的人格特质&#65292;是一种相对稳定、长期的人格特质&#65292;与消极情绪的关系最为密切。本文从神经质人格的概念、与产后抑郁的关系、评估工具以及对产后抑郁的影响等方面进行综述&#65292;以期在今后的临床工作中&#65292;对有神经质人格的围产期女性能够尽早筛查、早诊断&#65292;从而尽早采取干预措施进行治疗&#65292;降低产后抑郁发生率及不良风险&#65292;提高围产期女性生活质量。<br>In today&#8217;s society, postpartum depression (PPD) is an important global health problem, the incidence of depression is increasing dramatically, and its mental health status affects the physical health and quality of life to some extent. It has a profound impact on mothers, families and society. Neurotic personality, as the most widely studied personality trait in depression, is a relatively stable and long-term personality trait, which is most closely related to negative emotions. This paper summarizes the concept of neurotic personality, its relationship with postpartum depression, assessment tools and the impact on postpartum depression, so as to screen and diagnose perinatal women with neurotic personality as early as possible in future clinical work, so as to take intervention measures for treatment as early as possible, and reduce the incidence and adverse risks of postpartum depression, and improve the quality of life of perinatal women.
