%X 林寒梅教授认为盆腔炎性不孕症的病位在胞宫、冲任、胞脉，其根本病机为肾虚，正气不足，邪气趁虚而入。治疗应当从肾论治，正气实则邪气不扰内。林寒梅教授秉持“从肾论治”的治则，在以补肾为核心的同时，高度重视对各种兼夹证的治疗，根据患者的临床症状及体征辨证论治，并根据患者的月经周期配合相应的治法，同时搭配中药灌肠，微波治疗，任督脉灸等外治法，内外合治。提高了疾病治愈率及妊娠率，临床疗效显著。
