E-Commerce Supply Chain Information Sharing Strategy Considering Uncertain Demand and Service Quality %A 许宇晨 %A 黄河 %J Operations Research and Fuzziology %P 493-503 %@ 2163-1530 %D 2025 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/orf.2025.151045 %X 由于大数据的发展,电商平台通常掌握不确定环境中实际的需求信息,而平台在什么条件下会分享给合作者?对此,本文同时考虑不确定需求与服务质量的影响,构建了转售模式和代理模式下的博弈模型,分析不同销售模式下电商平台的信息分享策略。研究发现:(1) 不确定需求和服务质量成本系数是影响电商平台信息分享策略的关键因素。(2) 转售模式:电商平台仅在需求、服务成本较小的情况下分享需求信息。代理模型:电商平台在需求适中且服务成本较小,或需求大,或需求低且服务成本高时分享需求信息。(3) 转售模式下分享信息无法实现共赢,而代理模式下则相反。
With the development of big data, e-commerce platforms typically possess actual demand information in uncertain environments, and under what conditions will the platform share this information with its partners? In this paper, we consider the impact of uncertain demand and service quality, and construct game models under the resale model and agency model to analyze the information sharing strategies of e-commerce platforms under different sales models. The study finds that: (1) The coefficients of uncertain demand and service quality costs are key factors affecting the information sharing strategies of e-commerce platforms. (2) Resale Model: The e-commerce platform shares demand information only when the demand and service costs are relatively low. Agency Model: The e-commerce platform shares demand information when the demand is moderate and service costs are low, or when the demand is high, or when the demand is low and service costs are high. (3) Under the resale model, sharing information does not achieve a win-win situation, whereas under the agency model, it does. %K 信息分享策略, %K 服务质量, %K 转售模式, %K 代理模式
