%X 职业教育迅猛发展，高职院校持续扩招，后疫情时代经济环境萧条，就业岗位锐减，高职生就业竞争加剧，就业心理问题日益尖锐，文章立足高职院校，对大学生就业过程中所存在的心理问题及成因进行分析，并以高职辅导员开展就业心理工作为题，探讨辅导员在就业指导过程中的角色实现，以期丰富大学生就业心理相关问题的理论成果，同时也为促进高职生就业、提高职业院校辅导员开展就业指导工作提供实践参考。
Vocational education is booming, with vocational colleges enrolling more students. In the post-pandemic era, the economic slump has led to fewer job opportunities, intensifying employment competition for vocational college students and exacerbating their psychological issues. This paper, centered on vocational colleges, analyzes students’ employment-related psychological problems and their causes. It explores how counselors can fulfill their roles in employment guidance, aiming to enrich theoretical research on students’ employment psychology and offer practical reference for promoting students’ employment and enhancing counselors’ guidance work.
