A Study on the Satisfaction of Government Purchase of Home-Based Elderly Care Services in Wuhou District, Chengdu City %A 郭玉儿 %A 付梦杰 %A 杨仁杰 %A 王云炀 %A 李中毅 %A 彭鑫燚 %J Advances in Social Sciences %P 395-400 %@ 2169-2564 %D 2025 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/ass.2025.142138 %X 我国正向深度老龄化社会迈进,养老问题已成为我国亟待解决的关键问题。为探究政府购买居家养老服务的实施效果,文章以成都市武侯区为例,从服务对象的满意度入手展开研究。通过文献梳理与理论研究,结合问卷调查、实地访谈与案例分析等方法,提出政府购买居家养老服务评价指标体系,并从服务人员、内容、质量、便捷性四个维度对满意度进行分析。目前武侯区在服务购买、服务承接等方面需要进一步整改,通过规范组织管理与队伍建设、构建多元化服务供给格局、强化服务宣传与普法教育、建立健全评估监管机制、加大支持性环境建设力度等措施提升服务对象满意度,加强政府购买居家养老质量建设。
China is moving towards a deeply aging society, and the issue of elderly care has become a key problem that urgently needs to be solved. To explore the implementation effect of government purchasing home-based elderly care services, this article takes Wuhou District in Chengdu City as an example and starts with the satisfaction of service recipients to conduct research. Through literature review and theoretical research, combined with questionnaire surveys, field interviews, and case analysis, this paper proposes an evaluation index system for government purchases of home-based elderly care services, and analyzes satisfaction from four dimensions: service personnel, content, quality, and convenience. At present, Wuhou District needs further rectification in terms of service purchase and service undertaking. Measures such as standardizing organizational management and team building, building a diversified service supply pattern, strengthening service publicity and legal education, establishing and improving evaluation and supervision mechanisms, and increasing the construction of supportive environments are needed to improve the satisfaction of service recipients and strengthen the quality construction of government purchases for home-based elderly care. %K 政府购买公共服务, %K 政府购买居家养老服务, %K 公众满意度
