From the perspective of active aging, the development of elderly human resources has gradually become particularly important. Fully developing elderly human resources can not only bring more value to society, but also enrich their retirement life and help them realize their self-worth. Young and elderly people are the most dynamic part of the elderly population, and actively promoting their community participation is one of the important measures to alleviate the labor shortage caused by the current aging population. This not only strengthens the connection and intersection between young and elderly people and society, but also enhances social stability and promotes social progress through them. Although research on community participation of young and elderly people in China has been conducted for a long time, significant progress has not been made, and there are many difficulties, such as insufficient depth and breadth of research and single research methods. Based on this perspective, this article summarizes and analyzes the existing achievements and conclusions from the relevant theoretical research system, methods of community participation, willingness and value of community participation, and the shortcomings and deficiencies of related research, and determines the next research direction to seek further breakthroughs and progress. %K 低龄老年人, %K 社区参与, %K 研究现状, %K 意愿与价值
