Vertical jumping is an important part of most sports, physical fitness assessment and national health test, and it is also an important indicator to reflect the explosive power of the lower limbs. By comparing the differences between the CMJ scores and the CMJS scores of 17 college students before and after the experiment, the differences in the effects of different vertical jumps were analyzed, and the effects of different vertical jumps on the bouncing ability were explored. Finally, it was concluded that: 1. The CMJ and CMJS scores of 11 boys were in a normal distribution, and the significance was <0.05 after paired t-test, indicating that there was a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test scores of boys’ half-squat jump, and the swing arm could effectively improve the performance of vertical jumping. 2. The CMJ and CMJS scores of 6 girls conformed to a normal distribution, and the significance < 0.05 after paired t-test, indicating that there was a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test scores of the girls’ half-squat jump. The swing arm can effectively improve the vertical jump performance. 3. After the t-test of independent samples, there was a significant difference between the CMJ scores of boys and girls, and there was a significant difference between the CMJS scores of boys and girls. 4. The average value of CMJ for boys was 14.49 for boys and 17.34 for girls, and the average value of post-test was higher than that of girls (2.85), indicating that boys had more room for growth than girls after using swing arms. %K 半蹲跳, %K 摆臂半蹲跳, %K 下肢爆发力
