%X 推动银发经济高质量发展是积极应对人口老龄化挑战的题中应有之义。银发经济高质量发展能够满足老年人多样化养老需求，推动经济可持续增长，促进代际公平和共享共赢，倡导积极老龄化观念。然而，银发经济高质量发展面临着老年群体的有效需求不足、适老化产品与服务供给不足、专业人才短缺、相关政策制度及行业标准不完善等现实困境。因此，需要拓宽老年人收入渠道，注重开发老年市场，培养银发经济的专业人才，完善银发经济政策制度和行业标准，从而推动银发经济高质量发展。
Promoting the high-quality development of the silver economy is an essential part of actively responding to the challenges of an aging population. The high-quality development of the silver economy can meet the diversified needs of the elderly, drive sustainable economic growth, promote intergenerational equity and win-win sharing, and advocate the concept of active aging. However, the high-quality development of the silver economy is faced with practical dilemmas such as insufficient effective demand from the elderly, inadequate supply of age-appropriate products and services, shortage of professional talents, and imperfect policies, systems, and industry standards. Therefore, it is necessary to broaden the income channels of the elderly, pay attention to the development of the elderly market, train professionals in the silver economy, and improve the policy system and industry standards of the silver economy, so as to promote the high-quality development of the silver economy.
