%X 帕金森病(Parkinson&#8217;s Disease, PD)是最常见的神经变性运动障碍&#65292;目前药物治疗仍是目前临床上控制和缓解其症状的主要方法。本文综述主要梳理帕金森病患者起始用药管理及相关不良反应和疗效&#65292;以期为临床医生提供合理的药物选择&#65292;制定精准的治疗方案&#65292;旨为更好地医治患者&#65292;提高生存质量。<br>Parkinson&#8217;s disease (PD) is the most common neurodegenerative movement disorder, affecting millions of adults worldwide. This review mainly reviews the initial medication management and related adverse reactions and efficacy of patients with Parkinson&#8217;s disease, in order to provide clinicians with reasonable drug choices and formulate precise treatment plans, with the aim of better treating patients and improving the quality of life.
