An Empirical Study on the Coupling Relationship between Higher Vocational Education and Regional Economy in Shanghai

%X 高等职业教育与区域经济间存在涵盖宏观层面产教融合、中观层面校企联动及微观层面工学交融的三维深度融合体系。本研究采纳了熵值评估方法与耦合协调度分析模型进行探究，对2016年至2022年间上海市高等职业教育与区域经济之间的耦合关系进行了实证分析。并进一步考察其耦合协调度及耦合协调等级。研究结果表明，上海市高等职业教育为适度超前型，但耦合协调等级较低，因此本文提出应基于三螺旋理论，加快政府职能转变，多主体逻辑出发，综合施策；推动上海市高等职业教育创新发展，完善高等职业教育体系；紧密对接服务业与在线新经济等新质生产力，深化产教融合。
There is a three-way deep integration mechanism between higher vocational education and the regional economy, which is composed of macro integration of industry and education, meso school-enterprise cooperation and micro engineering-university integration. This research employed the entropy method alongside the coupling coordination degree model to conduct an empirical investigation into the interplay between higher vocational education and the regional economy in Shanghai, spanning the years from 2016 to 2022, and further investigate the coupling coordination degree and coupling coordination level. The results show that Shanghai’s higher vocational education is moderately advanced, but the coupling coordination level is low, so this paper proposes that the transformation of government functions should be accelerated based on the triple helix theory, and the multi-agent logic should be used to implement comprehensive policies. Promote the innovation and development of higher vocational education in Shanghai and improve the higher vocational education system; closely connect the service industry with new quality productivity such as the online new economy, and deepen the integration of industry and education.
