The Impact of School Resource Allocation on Students’ Academic Performance—A Data Analysis Based on PISA 2018 %A 杨雪晴 %A 祁翔 %J Operations Research and Fuzziology %P 30-36 %@ 2163-1530 %D 2025 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/orf.2025.151004 %X 利用PISA 2018的数据对我国四省市学校的数字资源投入和师资资源投入与学生阅读成绩的表现进行了分析,结果显示:数字资源投入方面,可联网使用的数字资源越多,学生的阅读成绩越好;师资资源投入方面,教师数量、具有教师资格证教师的数量、博士学历教师数量越多,学生的阅读成绩越好;师生比越小,学生的阅读成绩越好。基于研究结果,对学校资源配置方面提出了一些建议,旨在合理配置学校的资源,提高学生的阅读成绩。
This study analyzes the relationship between the digital and human resources of schools in four provinces in China and students’ reading performance based on PISA 2018 data. The results show that the more available digital resources that can be accessed online, the better students’ reading performance; the more teachers, qualified teachers, and PhD-holding teachers a school has, the better students’ reading performance; the smaller the student-teacher ratio, the better students’ reading performance. Based on the research findings, some suggestions are put forward to reasonably allocate school resources and improve students’ reading performance. %K 学校资源, %K 学业表现, %K PISA 2018
