%X 目的&#65306;探讨万古霉素脑室内给药治疗中枢感染的安全性和有效性。方法&#65306;对一例中枢感染的患者使用万古霉素脑室内给药的治疗过程进行追踪&#65292;并监测患者体温、降钙素原(PCT)水平、以及血中白细胞计数(WBC)、中性粒细胞百分比(NEUT%)&#65292;判断其治疗效果。结果&#65306;该患者使用万古霉素脑室内给药治疗中枢感染&#65292;能够明显降低患者PCT值、WBC和NEUT%&#65292;并且无明显不良反应。结论&#65306;万古霉素脑室内给药治疗中枢感染效果好&#65292;安全性高。<br>Objective: To investigate the safety and efficacy of intraventricular administration of vancomycin in the treatment of central infection. Methods: The treatment process of intraventricular administration of vancomycin in a patient with central infection was followed, and the patient&#8217;s body temperature, procalcitonin (PCT) level, as well as white blood cell count (WBC) and neutrophil percentage (NEUT%) were monitored to determine the therapeutic efficacy. Results: The patient was administered intraventricular vancomycin to treat central infection, which significantly reduced the patient&#8217;s PCT value, WBC and NEUT%, and had no obvious adverse reactions. Conclusion: Intraventricular administration of vancomycin has a good effect and high safety in the treatment of central infections.
