The Impact of Mindfulness-Based Dietary Therapy on Glucose and Lipid Metabolism in Schizophrenia Patients after Olanzapine Treatment %A 宋莎菲 %J Advances in Clinical Medicine %P 198-203 %@ 2161-8720 %D 2025 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/acm.2025.152333 %X 目的:探讨正念饮食疗法对于应用奥氮平的分裂症患者糖脂代谢的影响。方法:160例服用奥氮平片的男性精神分裂症患者随机分到正念饮食疗法组和常规健康宣教组,在剔除提前出组患者后,前者79例,后者72例治疗4周,检测两组治疗前后空腹血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯及腰围、腹围、腰臀比、体重以及BMI值并进行比较。结果:两组患者治疗前后总胆固醇差异均无统计学意义(P > 0.05),而血糖值均较治疗前有所降低,且差异存在统计学意义(P < 0.05),但总胆固醇、血糖治疗前后在组间比较治疗差异均无统计学意义(P > 0.05);常规健康宣教组治疗后体重、BMI、腰围、臀围、腰臀比及甘油三酯数值较治疗前增高,且差异具有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。正念饮食疗法组治疗前后的腰围、腰臀比及总胆固醇差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05),而治疗后的体重、BMI、臀围及甘油三酯较前增加,且差异均存在统计学意义(P < 0.05),两组间各检测结果治疗后均无统计学意义(P > 0.05)。结论:4周时间,正念饮食疗法组和常规健康宣教组在主要结局指标(总胆固醇、空腹血糖)上的差异无统计学意义,提示正念饮食疗法的效果并不优于常规健康宣教。
Objective: To explore the effect of mindfulness based diet therapy on glucose and lipid metabolism in patients with schizophrenia treated with olanzapine. Method: 160 male patients with schizophrenia taking olanzapine tablets were randomly divided into a mindfulness diet therapy group and a routine health education group. After excluding patients who left the group early, 79 of the former and 72 of the latter were treated for 4 weeks. Fasting blood glucose, total cholesterol, triglycerides, waist circumference, abdominal circumference, waist hip ratio, weight, and BMI values were measured before and after treatment in both groups and compared. Result: There was no statistically significant difference in total cholesterol levels between the two groups of patients before and after treatment (P > 0.05), while blood glucose levels decreased slightly compared to before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). However, there was no statistically significant difference in total cholesterol and blood glucose levels between the groups before and after treatment (P > 0.05); The weight of the regular health education group after treatment BMI, Waist circumference, hip circumference, waist to hip ratio, and triglyceride levels increased compared to before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in waist circumference, waist hip ratio, and total cholesterol between the mindfulness diet therapy group before and after treatment (P > 0.05), while weight BMI, Hip circumference and triglycerides increased compared to before, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05).
