Macrophage polarization plays a crucial role in SCI repair, and the regulation of macrophage polarization by miRNA provides new ideas for SCI treatment. This review summarizes the latest research progress in this field, which helps researchers better understand the pathological mechanism of SCI and provides references for the development of new treatment strategies.
